Delivery options and charges Some of our products are downloadable, meaning that you download a fully functional software program off of our website once the payment is made. Other programs come to you on CDs as boxed packages via mail. Below, you will find detailed information on shipment of those types of un-downloadable products, distributed on CD. All orders within UK qualify for free shipping & handling. Deliveries to Andorra, Austria, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden qualify for £7. Deliveries to all other countries qualify for £10. If you would like to meet a particular delivery deadline or to have a guaranteed delivery time we can arrange these services at additional cost. If your order is to be delivered to another country, you will be charged according to the international postal rates. The customer is responsible for paying any import duties (if applicable) on the product(s) purchased. PLEASE NOTE: Before buying the software, make sure that it is compatible with your system. To do so, download the demo or trial version from our site and install it on your system. The software available on this site is provided in downloadable form although some products may be provided on CD for an additional charge. Delivery time depends on the courier service and normally takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery options are not available for software CDs. Software Update Policy LingvoSoft does not provide unconditional free update of all the software versions. Software updates are granted depending on the changes in software the customers need. Updated software versions with significant changes (when first two figures in the version number change) are delivered to customers either at full or reduced prices, but not less than 50% of the regular price. Minor changes in software versions (when the last figure in the version number changes) are granted without any charge. Please note, that according to our Terms and Conditions, registration keys and download information for software products are provided only once. Additional keys can only be generated for an additional charge. In order to minimize this charge we recommend you to take advantage of our Download Protection Service. Lost and Damaged Products In the unlikely event that a product is lost or damaged in transit, you must contact us in writing as soon as possible.
